Kinsey Eliot,  Practice Manager  CCFP, FFCP 3, CCFVP

Kinsey has been in the veterinary field for more than 20 years!  She is a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional, Level 3 Fear-Free Certified, a Certified Cat Friendly Veterinary Professional, a member of NAVTA (National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, VHMA (Veterinary Hospital Manager Assocation & VPMD (Veterinary Practice Managers of Dallas).

After working as a technician, she ended up getting her degree in business management, and  works as the practice manager while still utilizing her technical skills. She now works hands-on with all the kitties in the practice and oversees the hospital operations.  She joined our practice in August 2016 and is excited to share her knowledge of pets such as disease prevention, nutritional needs, convalescent care, or  dealing with behavioral issues.  

Kinsey's current furry family consists of a Bichon Frise named Elfie, and 3 cats:  Presto Aloysius (pictured) and two ragdolls named Herro and Aurora.  She also has two human children that keep her quite busy.  :)

Samantha Hander Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant

Samantha is new to the team, joining us in July of 2021, but has nearly a decade of experience in the veterinary field.  She currently has a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science and is looking to expand her knowledge to technician certification in the future.  She currently resides in Frisco, TX with her 2 cats, Zahra and Michonne.  Outside the clinic, she enjoys fossil hunting, sifting for shark teeth, and planting.

Ulyssa joined our team in July 2017.  Though she didn't have previous experience in the veterinary industry, she is an animal lover and has embraced vet medicine with open arms.  

She has been willing to learn as much as she can about animal care through training and continuing education, to provide our clients with the best customer service possible!  She has grown up with dogs but currently has 2 cats named Flocka & Keshia.

Katie Byone, BS Biological Science Receptionist 

Katie has been with our clinic since April 2019.  She is from Baton Rouge, LA and moved to TX in 2017.  She graduated Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, where she received her Bachelors in Biological Sciences.  

When in high school, Katie started working at a vet clinic as a kennel manager and realized her passion for animals.  She loves cats and has owned around 15 in her lifetime!  She is thrilled to be working with animals again!

She recently got married and has two cats, Dakota and Esmeralda, and a dog named Max.  

She is currently trying to receive a certification in Clinical Laboratory Science through Texas Tech University Health Science Center.  




Wynter is one of our resident cats and occasional blood donor.  She loves to chase after toys and ride the roomba.  She is also very good about telling us when it's lunchtime!
