In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs. We will be providing curbside care and service for all of our appointments and prescription/food refills.
• If you have fever, fatigue, coughing, sneezing, sore throat, body aches or difficulty breathing, please do not make an appointment.
Curbside service means staying in your car while we come out to greet you.
If not greeted, please call us at 972-394-9228 when you arrive. A member of our staff will meet you outside to transport your cat inside the building.
Cats must be in a secure carrier.
After we have examined your cat, we will call you and discuss any necessary treatment plans. At the conclusion of your pet’s exam, we will call you via phone to discuss a summary of the visit including treatment authorization, if needed. We will take payment over the phone and communicate any discharge instructions. Please allow extra time as these new processes will impact workflow.
We are able to accommodate food pick up and pharmacy refills via curbside. We encourage all medication refills to be a maximum of a two-month supply.
