Appointment Policy

 

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. If your schedule does not allow you time for an appointment, you are welcome to drop off and the doctor will examine your pet and call you with results (see below).  


Patient Arrival Policy

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a harness with leash (if previously trained to accept the harness).  This is important for the safety of your cat and the other patients in the clinic. 

All dogs must be presented in an appropriate dog carrier, on a harness with leash or collar with leash (especially with small dogs, if they are not trained on a collar/leash, a harness is the best option as it will not harm their neck). This is important for the safety of your pet and the other patients in the clinic

For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are also available. A drop off means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us.  Usually we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to go over the exam findings and recommendations. Drop-offs are for established clients only, please see our drop-off form for more information.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.
